15 mm sash rebate seal

Sash rebate seals with a width of 15 mm ensure a reliable seal on window sashes. They provide effective protection against draughts, driving rain and dust, ensure smooth closing and make a noticeable contribution to energy efficiency and living comfort.

Materials: PVC, TPE and silicone

Three tried-and-tested materials are available for these seals:

• PVC – hard-wearing, easy to maintain and durable. In the foamed version particularly soft and sound-absorbing.
• TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) – elastic, dimensionally stable and temperature-resistant, with high resilience; ideal for windows subject to frequent use.
• Silicone – permanently elastic, weather- and UV-resistant, ideal for demanding applications and extreme temperature ranges.

Colours and variants

The seals are available in the standard colours black, white, brown, grey, beige and transparent. For production quantities of 200 metres or more, almost any custom RAL colour can also be produced – for maximum design freedom.

Furthermore, variants are available as foamed profiles or talc-coated versions. Talc-coated seals are particularly easy to process, whilst foamed profiles enable a soft, quiet closure.
