12 mm sash rebate gasket
Sash rebate gaskets with a width of 12 mm ensure a reliable seal for window sashes. They provide effective protection against draughts, driving rain and dirt, whilst also contributing to energy efficiency, living comfort and pleasant room acoustics.
Materials: PVC and TPE
Two tried-and-tested materials are available for these seals:
- PVC – robust, easy to maintain and durable. In the foamed version, it is particularly soft and adaptable, ensuring quiet closing.
- TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) – elastic, temperature-resistant and with high resilience; ideal for windows that need to remain permanently airtight and functional.
Colours and custom colours
Our sash rebate seals are available in the standard colours black, white, brown, grey, beige and transparent. For production quantities of 200 metres or more, we can supply almost any custom RAL colour – ensuring a perfect visual match for your window design.
Variants and groove widths
The seals are also available in a foamed version, which allows for a particularly soft contact and is ideal for larger tolerances or for quiet closing. All models are manufactured to fit precisely groove widths from 2.5 mm to 5 mm, thus covering standard design dimensions.
